Welcome to SWIIS Foster Care (England)

SWIIS Foster Care is a national Independent Fostering Agency committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for looked after children.

SWIIS Foster Care was founded in 2000 and has regional offices in the West Midlands, North West and the North East of England with a sister company SWIIS Foster Care (Scotland).

At SWIIS Foster Care we focus on the five key areas that were identified by young people as making the real difference. These are:

• enjoying and achieving
• making a positive contribution
• achieving economic well-being

We seek out every opportunity to consult with our partners in both central and local government, to identify and respond creatively and flexibly to the needs of looked after children and their care providers.

Our teams are made up of experienced social workers, support workers, and in many cases, teachers and health advisers, to ensure that all aspects of children's needs are addressed. However their experience and expertise is used, our commitment to quality services remains the same.

Our pricing structure is subject to ongoing consultation with a number of local authorities. Through these all important partnerships, our goal is to maintain the all important link between ‘best practice’ and ‘best value’.
