Each of our local regional offices has a duty worker available every day to take referrals or to answer any queries

Both the North West and North East Regional Offices had CSCI inspections during December 2006.  We are very pleased that both regions have been described overall as 'Excellent Services' in their reports with some very positive feedback comments from placing social workers. carers, young people and the inspectorate alike.
