As a Principal Social Worker you will assist and support the management of the regional service through taking lead responsibility for specific areas of activity in developing Sheffield office and region.

You will be responsible for a limited caseload of foster carers, contribute to staff development and recruitment participating in induction,  supervision and mentoring of staff whilst developing the office and region.

You will receive full support and supervision but must also be confident and capable of working autonomously and have the ability to sustain excellent working relationships with a wide range of colleagues and customers.

A minimum of 3 years experience in family placement is required.
