Senior Social Worker
Minimum, 2 years post qualifying experience. Salary commensurate to experience + car allowance+ on-call payments + health Insurance

As a Supervising Social Worker, you will contribute to the recruitment, training and assessment of new carers and take a lead in the placement planning, matching and review processes, for a maximum of 12 carers. Experience of working with looked after children and sound knowledge of placement issues, ability to develop and sustain excellent working relationships with a wide range of colleagues and customers and a real enthusiasm for the best aspects of family placement are essential requirements for the role.
