On 22nd May 2020, it was the third anniversary of the Manchester Arena bombing and in memory of this, T and C drew pictures of the Manchester Bee.
The Manchester Bee has long been a symbol of the city’s past due to its many textile mills which were described as ‘hives of activity’ and the workers inside compared to bees; ‘Busy bees’.
It now represents the Manchester’s unbeaten spirit following the Arena bombing in 2017.
