This month we held a Burger Competition to celebrate National Burger day and we asked our Foster Carers to invite their children and young people into the kitchen to help create their own fantastic burgers. We were delighted to see so many Swiis young people embrace their inner chefs and come up with some delicious looking burgers. We had such a hard time picking the winners, as they all looked amazing, so we decided on two winners.
Firstly please congratulate Summer with her ocean themed ‘Nemo Burger,’ a fish fillet, salad and homemade spicy mayo, and no less amazing, Alex with his homemade molten cheese burgers and tomato relish in a brioche bun.
Congratulations to Summer, Alex and all the young people who entered the competition, we hope that you enjoyed showing your great cooking skills and even more importantly, the burgers that you worked so hard on making!
