Welcome Support Payment | Terms and Conditions

• The Welcome Support Payment does not apply to prospective foster carers interested in respite care only or people who are only willing to provide support care to an already approved foster carer;
• The Welcome Support Payment only applies to newly approved foster carers approved on or after 25^th April 2022;
• The newly approved foster carer will receive payment following commencement of their first placement;
• The Welcome Support Payment is paid only once at the time of the 1^st placement made (excluding respite care and/or bridging placements) and should be utilised as a ‘start-up payment’ to ensure the newly approved foster carers have everything they need to support children and young people in placement;

Payment will be received directly once all conditions have been met.

Swiis Foster Care Ltd reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw the Welcome Support Payment scheme at any time and without notice – Swiis Foster Care Ltd shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may result from entering the Welcome Support Payment scheme.
